Providing Consultancy Services
For the Implementation of RP
- Provides assistance to the Executive Engineer for carrying out the implementation of the RP.
- Co-ordination with the DLCs and GRCs in implementation the ABP with R&R policy.
- Coordinate the meetings of the District level committee for approval of the micro plans wherever required.
- Provides assistance to the Executive Engineer for undertaking all public meetings, information campaigns at the commencement of the project and give full information to the affected community.
- Translation and Distribution of the policy objectives and guidelines for implementation actions for mitigating adverse impacts on the APs.
- Provides assistance to the Engineers (Supervision Consultants) to ensure that the contractors comply with the applicable labour laws (including prohibition of child labour) and gender issues.
- Provide assistance to the PIU and / or the Engineers for ensuring compliance with the safety, health and hygiene norms, and the RAP actions proposed for HIV/AIDS awareness/prevention campaigns.
- Reporting on a monthly basis, and quarterly basis to the client containing physical and financial progress, both in terms of quantitative and qualitative and prominently featured the problems and issues addressed and tackled with the APs and the solutions found. The report contains separate chapter covering the women's issues, their problems and what has been done (within the framework of the RP) to ensure their participation in decision-making as well as the options made available for them to access economic opportunities, marketing and credit.

- Rehabilitation of Project Affected Persons.
- Formation of Self Help Groups.

- Census Survey of Scavengers engaged in excreta transportation.
- Impact evaluation on taste of work for rehabilitation.
- Prepare study report about the status of the Scavengers.
- Aware about the rehabilitation and resettlement.
- Resettlement Site for Sanitary Mart.
- Prepare Micro plan for Income generating of Scavengers.
- Supervision and monitoring of Sanitary mart.
- Convergence and dovetail with line Department.
